Before I attended OSIEL, I went to a public school in Bixby. I loved my teachers, but the education we received wasn't enough. My dad realized this problem and wanted to help. He came up with the idea of creating a STEM school in Bixby. This school provided an education we could never had imagined, amazing and educational field trips, life long contacts and relationships, and a greater understanding in knowing that kids are the future.

Without OSIEL, I would have missed out on so many opportunities. I would have never met Emeka Nnaka who taught me a lesson on making bridges and connections, I would have never met the life long friends I have today, I would have never learned about the advanced subjects at this age, and I would have never been in so many competitions and never would have learned from my mistakes from them. These are just a few reasons why I love going to school everyday. I can't wait for you to read about the adventures we have at OSIEL!
